Great question! We understand that you may not require full-time staff, but you are probably at the stage where you are so busy and overwhelmed that you now need some help. We offer flexible options to assist you at different stages of your business, which means you are not locked in to a long-term agreement, but you can also plan ahead for your busier periods when you know you will welcome assistance!

We can set up a Discovery Call to discuss what level of support you need in your business and how you like to work.

It probably would for a while! But if you can make some time to explain how you like to do things and allow for an adjustment period, you will definitely reap the rewards down the track. We already have the skills to assist Travel Agents, we'll just need a little time to learn how to do it your preferred way.

And if it were easier to keep doing it all yourself, you probably wouldn't be on this page 😉 

Ask us! We may already be able to assist, and we are always open to learning new skills. If it's not a service we can offer, we will let you know upfront so you can decide how you would like to proceed.

We are available Monday to Friday, but our daily schedule is flexible as our clients are in a number of different time zones.

Lisa will be your main contact, however we have a team with varied skill levels who work on different tasks in the background.

We don't usually speak to your clients directly - we will draft your email correspondence so you can amend first if needed, otherwise we will send it as you in your tone. We find this works best as customers like to work with their preferred Travel Advisor and avoids any confusion for you whenever we are offline.

Sabre and Tramada are the main systems our clients use and our team is experienced with, along with Axus for itineraries. TravelJoy is the main CRM our clients use, and our team also has some experience with Travefy. We are always looking to upskill so please let us know if you need help using another system that we haven't listed here.

Visit our Contact Us page where you can either send us an enquiry or book a free Discovery Call. Once we have decided to work together, we will send you an invoice to prepay services upfront via bank transfer or credit card.

We recommend starting with one of our Standalone Packages if you need help setting up or streamlining your systems. If you are not sure how much work you will have for us, we can start with the Bronze package to help you get on top of your quotes and bookings before we start to focus on the rest of your business.

We know things can change! We will need to take a non-refundable deposit to secure your dates in advance and ensure our team will be available for you, but the final balance isn't due until one month prior to our scheduled start date.

Our ongoing retainers are booked on a month to month basis. Full payment is required in advance, but you can cancel with 30 days notice. 

If you find you need more hours than what you've booked, we can upgrade you to the next retainer for the following month. We also have an overtime rate for additional hours required, Both options are subject to availability.

If you wish to downgrade to a lower package, we can do so the following month, and in the meantime we will work with you to find more tasks and maximise the package you have booked.

We will always notify you in advance if we know we will be unavailable at certain times, and we will plan for these events. Our team has varied skill levels so there will still be a range of tasks being completed on a regular basis. 

If we have booked an ongoing retainer and we cannot complete our prepaid services for you, we will issue a credit note for time not fulfilled and those hours will roll over into the next month.
