 Hello! I'm Lisa, Founder of Your Travel VA and previously a 

Travel Agent myself for 7 years.

I know all too well how easy it is to get busy with new enquiries and bookings, then to fall behind on all the back-end tasks required to keep on top of all the moving parts.

  Admin always falls to the bottom of the list while focusing on the money makers - those all important quotes and bookings! 

I loved having my “admin days” where I would be able to catch up on everything that kept getting pushed to the next day's to-do list.  

Sometimes, despite all our efforts and hard work, all our plans fly out the window with urgent enquiries or feeling snowed under with all the exciting bookings to make and clients to get back to.

Then the stress and overwhelm creeps in when we realise how much admin there is to catch up on, leading to burnout and anxiety.

I love getting organised, creating systems to keep track of all business functions, and helping others to do the same. I want to help you to succeed and be excited to sell travel, talking to your clients, doing what you do best while my team and I work behind the scenes to keep everything moving.

I share your love for travel and know there are always opportunities while in the industry, but running your own business means you may not have the time or the team behind you to take care of things while you’re away.

 Being a Virtual Assistant, I am not client facing, however I can manage your inbox and draft all correspondence for you so you can make your little tweaks to the chit-chat and send off completed quotes.

You can run your client meetings, get the itinerary brief from your client then send it to me to work away in the background while you take your next client meeting.

 We are here to work away behind the scenes to give you back the time you need to do what you do best – building those client relationships and making bookings, as well as going on those hard-earned famils.
